This is me.
My name is Isabel. I love Pasta, binge-watching TV shows, books and traveling.
My origins lie in Germany, where I grew up and spent most of my life. Love brought me to the United States. Until our first son was born I mostly worked in Marketing and Service in the Tourism and Aviation industry. I love traveling and getting to know new cultures around the globe. I carry my heart on my tongue and have almost no filter. Lastly, I love sleeping in whenever the kids and their schedules allow me to!
My journey to photography.
While I always had a passion for photography, I didn't learn the art of it until after my son was born in 2019. Catching all the big moments of his little life and the beauty of childhood is so much fun. He makes me see life through childrens' eyes again and we experience miracles every day, that I had long forgotten to enjoy. When it all began, I wanted to freeze these moments and keep the memories of him being little with me forever. It didn't take long after I began taking his photos, that I started taking photos for family and friends. Being able to capture other people and families on camera, freeze time for them and make people smile through my photos is what makes me happy. My son and my clients inspire me every day to become better at catching the big and little wonders life has to offer.
I am self-taught and continue to educate myself through all sorts of ways such as mentorships and online programs. So here I am today, welcoming you on my website and looking forward to telling your story through my photography.
My dream for the future is to bring together my passion for travel and photography. One day, I would like to bring cultural and environmental awareness to people through photos taken through my lense while traveling.
